Our commitment to improving customer service is driven by customer feedback. An example of this is the ‘Bag checks’, which we introduced with the aim to be 100% accurate on each delivery. This was introduced in November and has resulted in a service level of 98.75% accuracy in February 2024.

Our Premium colour range consists of 4 special colours for The Residence Collection – Clay, Sage and Noir (that you would be looking at increased surcharges and delivery dates for with other fabricators) all available at standard prices and lead times.
We also offer a HWL Exclusive Internal colour – Ulti-Matt White. This upgrade from Chalk White offers enhanced aesthetics and texture.
