Sheerline Open Day
In January we took a visit to Derbyshire for a product training session with our friends at Sheerline.
Sheerline are excited to get us back to their headquarters later this year, this time allowing HWL customers to join for a fully comprehensive factory tour. This is a great opportunity to get an in-depth perspective of aluminium windows and doors from production to colouring to technical understanding, Sheerline’s open days provide great insight into the world of aluminium. With senior members of Sheerline also attending, any questions you might have can be answered directly from the source.

Rise of Aluminium
To meet the increasing demand for aluminium windows and doors we knew we had to make some changes to our aluminium production line. We made several improvements to the manufacturing process of this product with the aim to replicate our successful Residence Collection line. This will allow us to produce a consistently high-quality product with competitive lead times.
These changes have allowed us to focus more efforts on aluminium, perfecting our process and becoming Sheerline certified in the process.
Classic
The most refined, ultra-slim aluminium window on the market. With 59mm sightlines and a U-Value rating of 1.4 (double-glazed).
Now with clip-in bead option as standard from HWL.
Prestige
The prestige range displays Sheerline’s high-performance premium windows, their most thermally efficient window to date. With 1.3 (double-glazed) and 0.9 (triple-glazed) U-Values.
