Claybank Estates
The Claybank Estates project is a prime example of how The Residence Collection and Sheerline Aluminium work in synergy to deliver both outstanding performance and aesthetics. This project was designed with energy efficiency at its core, with The Residence Collection achieving U-values of 1.2 W/m²K with double glazing and Sheerline achieving 1.4 W/m²K.
This development featured the installation of 56 Residence 7 windows and 20 Sheerline doors (including 16 gable frames), carefully chosen for their sleek designs and compatibility with contemporary architecture.
