The Sheerline Prestige Bi-folds in Jet Black (a close match for the R7 Noir windows) were an essential element of the Claybank Estates project, enhancing both the style and functionality of these luxury homes. With a U-value of 1.4 W/m²K, these double-glazed bi-folds offer impressive thermal performance, while the integral cill and clip-in beads add a refined touch to the contemporary sash design.

The Sheerline Prestige Gable-Shaped Door is a standout element at Claybank Estates, with each home featuring one on the top floor, providing access to a private balcony. These doors are crafted to offer a high level of performance, achieving a U-value of 1.4 W/m²K with double glazing.

For added security, the doors are fitted with the Ultion handle, featuring a 3* star cylinder that offers exceptional protection, ensuring peace of mind for homeowners while maintaining a stylish appearance.

The Sheerline Prestige Panel Door with sidelight is the perfect combination of security and style for the front entrance at Claybank Estates. We manufactured the Prestige door frame and sidelight, adding an aluminium panel for enhanced security and performance. Finished in Jet Black for the frame and a contrasting cream panel to highlight the entryway.

With a U-value of 1.0 W/m²K, this triple-glazed door provides excellent thermal efficiency, ensuring comfort and energy savings while making a lasting first impression.
