We’re thrilled to kick off another edition of our Meet the Team series, where we shine a spotlight on the incredible individuals who make our company tick. This week, we’re turning the spotlight on Beth Jones, our fabulous Business Admin Apprentice. Beth has been part of the HWL team for five months, during which time she has showcased her talents right from the start!
After completing her A-level studies in English Literature, Psychology, and Sports Science, Beth wanted to expand her knowledge surrounding the business world and administration. Beth has embraced this new challenge with an enthusiastic and proactive approach, already proving herself a valuable member of our team.
For the past five months, Beth has been braving long commutes on the bus, spending over an hour each way to get to work. But all that changed recently when she passed her practical driving test and finally hit the road in her car. Beth’s journey to the office hasn’t been entirely smooth sailing. The first time she drove to work, she discovered what it’s really like on northern roads… arriving with only 1 wing mirror. Despite the minor setback, Beth’s positive attitude and sense of humour still shine through.
What Makes Beth, Beth?
Beth is a passionate football player and spends her free time including most weekends on the pitch! She has played for over 10 years at her local football club near Wakefield and has no plans of slowing down. Beth brings her competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset from the football field into every aspect of her life, making her an invaluable member of our team.
So, here’s to Beth, thank you for bringing a vibrant energy to everything you do, both inside and outside the office. We look forward to seeing you grow as an individual and to continue to support your professional development within Business Admin.
